TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE
1. Safe N Sure is a registered Trade Mark and business name of Fabwise Investments PTY LTD.

4. Head Office is situated at Unit 3/ 7 Levansell Road Moorabbin Victoria 3189, Australia
5. All new /first time orders will be proforma only, the only exceptions to this are Local, State and Federal Government Departments and Schools.
6. Upon completed and approved credit application form we offer terms of between 7 to 30 days, details of which will be provided on your Tax Invoice.
7. All goods supplied remain the property of Safe N Sure at all times until payment has been made in full.
8. The Customer is liable for all reasonable expenses (including contingent expenses such as debt collection commission) and legal costs (on a full indemnity basis) incurred by Safe N Sure for enforcement of obligations and recovery of monies due from the Customer to Safe N Sure.
9. Payments can be made directly into our nominated bank account by electronic transfer (EFT) as shown on our invoice, order and statement, or by cheque and by credit cards- No Surcharge, Visa and Mastercard only.
10.Prices shown on the web site (if applicable) and our price list DO NOT include GST.
11.If the goods are for export the GST will not be added to the prices.
12.We will deliver by Australia Post or other freight contractor free into store providing the order value exceeds $200.00 plus GST and the destination is for metro areas as defined by post codes as per Australia Post postal codes guide. Accepted Metro areas are, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart, Adelaide and Perth. For all areas outside these postal codes we will charge the customer the cost to us by our or your nominated carrier.
13.All claims/shortages must be notified with 7 days of receipt of goods.
14.Prices are subject to change without notice.
15.We reserve the right to cancel any backorders with a value of $50.00 or less.
16.We can supply a range of point of sale stands to enhance your retail sales of Safe N Sure products. These stands are on a loan basis only and can be recalled at any time. Should the stand not be returned in excellent condition we reserve the right to charge for the stand.
